In the previous article, We discussed what is the impact of unwanted thoughts on the efficiency of our mind.

Unwanted thoughts and efficiency of our mind are inversely proportional to each other.

So if we want to increase our mind power, we need to reduce unwanted thoughts.

As you reduce these unwanted thoughts your mind will become more sharpen.

So in this article "How to Control your Mind From Unwanted Thoughts" we discuss some major factors that have a major impact on unwanted thoughts.

So let's start exploring our powerful mind.


    1. Meditation:

    Meditation Way of getting rid of unwanted thoughts.

    To keep your mind free from unwanted thoughts, there is no doubt that meditation is the only best powerful tool.

    Meditation is the basic need for an absolutely calm and determined mind. 

    Not for only keeping unwanted thoughts away from our mind, meditation is essential for following important benefits.

    What are the benefits of meditation: 


    1. Stress and anxiety reduction.

    2. Improving self-consciousness.

    3. Increase memory power and mental clarity.

    4. Enhance empathy.

    5. Improving emotional and mental health.

    While meditating, initially may you feel that I am not getting proper results and not getting rid of unwanted thoughts.

    But after practicing for some days you will be getting unbelievable results.

    You notice that my sense of consciousness is improving and the influence of unwanted thoughts to me is decreasing simultaneously.

    After continuous meditating, you will realize that I am getting rid of unwanted thoughts and major influence of it to me is almost decreased.

    Scientifically due to practicing daily meditation, your mind will properly learn 'How to deal with such type of unwanted thoughts and How to getting rid of it.'

    2. Acceptance is the answer:

    Happiness can only exist in Acceptance.

    Whenever something happens that is against our belief system and it seems to us that, what happens with me is totally wrong and that really should not happen, 

    Since then our conscious mind starts thinking about, "Why that happens with me, that really should not happen."

    Such thoughts will not go away from your mind until you will not accept that, "What happens to you is alright and everything is okay."

    So the solution to such type of unwanted thoughts is that you have to totally forgive others for their mistakes and accept them as they are as.

    In another way, sometimes whenever We make any mistakes, which don't deserve to be forgiven, even then also unwanted thoughts begin to come.

    The same way in this case also the solution is that We have to totally forgive and accept ourselves as it is as.

    In both cases, if We want our self calm and relaxed, "We have to forgive totally from bottom of our heart and accept that What We and others did."

    Summary:          

    Acceptance is the key governing factor for keeping unwanted thoughts away from our minds. 

    Because as a result after acceptance our mind realizes that everything is okay and fine.

    3. Be the observer of your thoughts:

    Self-observation is the first step of inner unfolding.   

    If We look very closely, in reality, We can not stop thoughts that arise in our mind, it should come.

    The problem is not that such types of unwanted thoughts arising in our minds.

    The problem is that We get associate and flow with such types of unwanted thoughts and We try to judge them.

    The solution is not to stop and push away unwanted thoughts. The solution is that We have to allow and observe them.

    Instead Of stopping and try to push away unwanted thoughts, We should maintain the quality and quantity of them.

    The moment you observing thoughts instead of getting associate and flow with it, quality and quantity of thoughts will maintain automatically.

    Now you have not to do anything, except observing thoughts.

    Summary:

    Don't try to stop and push away unwanted thoughts. Instead of getting associate and flow with it try to observe them. 

    Be the observer of your thoughts. The quality and quantity of your thoughts will maintain automatically.


    4. Live in the present moment:

    Be happy for this moment, This moment is your life.

    "Living in the present moment" is the very essential habit of human beings and it can change our entire life.

    The moment you will start living in the present moment, you will notice that almost all unwanted thoughts start to disappear from your mind.

    For the live-in, the present moment, the following are the scientific techniques, that you can adapt easily.

    Always be aware of the surrounding environment and maintain co-ordination with it. 

    Always become aware of the 'Now' and feel the energy of it. Watch the time on the clock and feel it.

    Open your eyes and look at the sky, see the flying clouds and birds. Sit down and feel the shadow of the tree and look at the flowing water, delicate plants, and blooming flowers. 

    "Then enjoy the gust of cold wind that always touch your eyes and lips."

    Feel this energy of the present moment, rest in this awareness, and become fully aware of them now.

    Try as much as possible to coordinate and tie your self with the environment around you and always become fully aware of the 'Now.'

    Unwanted thoughts and negative energy will never influence you to trust me, "This is the promise of nature".

    Summary:

    The intensity and quantity of our unwanted thoughts are very less while We are living in the present moment. 

    Always co-ordinate and tie your self with surrounding the environment and become fully aware of the now and live in the present moment your mind will get used to doing so.

    5. Keep busy your monkey mind:

    The human mind behaves like a monkey unless you give something task to do until then it will not remain silent.

    This is the psychological characteristics of the human mind, "It always demands something task to do, if We will not give, it will start talking with unwanted thoughts and getting associate and flow with it."

    So the following are the light task to give our  'monkey mind.'

    Make it habit to always observe your breathing, whenever you do something or not. That will give you little peace and energy, and also liberate you from unnecessary thoughts.

    Whenever you go out try to develop the habit of observing things around you, so that your monkey mind gets some task to do.

    Whenever you are free, listen to your favorite music and mumble it.

    In leisure time always be creative draw pictures, play games, read novels, write articles, etc.

    Summary:

    Keep busy your money mind in something, so it can not influence by unwanted thoughts. 

    Like observing your breathing, observing the surroundings while going out, listen to music and mumble it, in leisure time be creative.

    People say that It is more powerful than the human mind. The entire world now runs on a computer system no one can survive without it. A computer can do whichever we want within a moment. Obviously, that is more powerful than the normal human mind if we run some number of applications at a time.

    But, what happens if we run thousands of applications on the computer at the same time? Suppose that, that is not a small application but a very bigger sizer and which consume much more RAM than a normal application.

    Almost all computers have limited RAM and designed for work on a limited number of applications at the same time. They are run fluently if we run a limited number of applications simultaneously.

    You are all from 'Digital age' and you can understand very well what happens if we run thousands of applications simultaneously.

    Suppose,

    Now a time when you run thousands of applications at the same time, you are on changing your window from this to this application and you working on it. But, you don't know your operating system not able to run thousands of applications simultaneously.

    TIME PASSING ON

    Now a time when you realize that, your operating system is not able to run 1 thousand applications at the same time. Now you know that you need to stop other 999 application that is running in the background and which is consuming your 99.99 % of entire RAM.

    Now you know that your operating system provides you only 0.01 % of entire RAM and remaining is consumed by other 999 applications.

    Now you can stop it. You need to stop it but, I know as 'Human psychology' you will not stop it. Because you need more output, you need something by which you can achieve your entire goals today, you don't want to wait for tomorrow.

    TIME PASSING ON

    Now a time when you realize that my operating system becoming weak day by day and I just have to stop other 999 applications if I want to work on my current task.

    But, now a time when processes of other 999 applications have been started and you are not able to close it. You see that and move to your current window for work.

    TIME PASSING ON

    Now a time when you disturb by your other 999 applications because they have been started their processes and they started to consume almost 100 % RAM of entire RAM.

    Now a time when you just have to stop it if you want to work on your current window. You move to all other windows and click on the close window. But, as earlier mention, your all applications are not normal and they are on the process of closing.

    Now a time when your entire operating system is going down even you are not able to run a small single application. Your OS is on the process of stopping all other applications & processes by your command. But due to 1 thousand processes at a time your OS is totally stopped to work.
    How to improve mind power

    Now a time when your OS is even not able to process your mouse cursor on the screen and you lost your even cursor movement.

    TIME PASSING ON

    Now a time when you really want to close your 1 thousand applications & processes and you want to shut down your computer but you are not able to do it.

    Now a time when you don't know what is happening & what I should have to do ???

    Thank you for understanding the whole process.

    This is not a story of your personal computer but, this is the story of the mind way you use it.

    The same way our mind is designed to work on one task at the same time.
    The mind can't work on more than one task at a time.

    But, observe your self It is happening now?

    How to improve mind power

    Our mind is more powerful than a supercomputer. Power of mind has no limitations, It is unlimited. We can do anything, even what we can think. You don't know how powerful your mind is. 

    But the first condition is that We have to understand "How our mind work?"

    The first principle of our mind as per me is that,

    ➽Our mind can't process on a lot of thoughts at the same time:

    We are making the same mistake as we understand by the example of a computer.

    While we work on one task thousand of thought run in the background. That thought consumes much more energy and also kills our concentration.

    Never keep busy your mind with thoughts. Otherwise, time will arrive when your mind will not able to calculate even 6+4=10.

    I know for the achievements of big things in life we all do this mistake but, this is the wrong fundamental.

    This is not a theoretical concept that I read from books.
    But, this my real-life experience & this is what I got from "research on the human mind."

    Today's article "How to improve mind power" going to become very interesting. 

    You want to know? What happens "When we always keep our mind busy with thousand of thought continuously ?"

    I try to share It. You will not believe me, what will happen.

    • You will be lost your decision making power.
    • You will be lost your memory power.
    • You can't concentration on even small things.
    • Day by day you feel low self-confidence.
    • Head pain almost time.
    • Lost of logical thinking.
    • You will not recognize the face & voice of other people instantly.

    I mean in each and every activity of mind you need much more time for the process of thoughts.

    At last, I hope you understand the concept of "What will happen when you keep your mind always engaging with thoughts."

    Observe your self, I sure this is happening to you. Take action against your extra thoughts which are always consuming your mental energy. Otherwise, time will come when you will totally be lost your mind power. That time your mind will not able to calculate 6+4=10.

    If you want to become a successful personality, first of all, close all 999 applications (thoughts) and then concentrate on your current task. You will achieve your goal. 

    Your mind is more powerful than supercomputers always remembers.
